We got back from a trip to Alaska just over a week ago. It was lots of fun and not nearly as cold as expected - it was 60 or 70 degrees every day and I only had to put on my coat once! But I would strongly recommend going if you ever have the chance - it's truly beautiful.
The first picture is of the coast just outside of Juneau.
The second is a lighthouse somewhere at sea.
I'll post more pics later if my computer will work!
